  1. Return Conditions
    Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your product.
    Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all seals, packaging, and labels intact.
    Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  2. Non-returnable Items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

    – Products that have been opened or tampered with.
    – Customized products made to your specifications.
    – Gift cards.
  3. Initiating a Return
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Wait for return confirmation and instructions from our team.
    Pack the item securely and include any forms provided by our Customer Support team.
  4. Shipping Returns

    Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Refunds
